Directions for use 1. Activate the compress by pressing firmly with both thumbs or striking it with your fist;
2. Shake the compress to ensure even cooling;
3. Place the compress in the protective cover and apply to the affected area. The compress is for single use only. Dispose of it with household waste after use.
