| Directions for use | For preventing blisters 1. Cut off a piece of paraffin cotton wool about 15 to 20 cm long; 2. Split the piece in two, as it is otherwise too thick; 3.Fold the thin piece of paraffin cotton wool in a zigzag pattern between the toes; 4. Split the piece again and fold it back above and below the toes; 5. Carefully put your sock back on, as the paraffin cotton wool may tear easily. For closed blisters 1.
