| Directions for use | Adults (over 18 years): One spray in each nostril, no more than 3 times a day and no longer than 7 days. Observe an interval of at least 6 hours between two administrations. |
| Ingredients | The active substances in this medicine are xylometazoline hydrochloride and ipratropium bromide. The other ingredients are disodium edetate, glycerol (85%), purified water, sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid. |
| Composition | 1 ml contains 0.5 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride and 0.6 mg ipratropium bromide. 1 spray contains 70 micrograms of xylometazoline hydrochloride and 84 micrograms ipratropium bromide. |
