| Directions for use | Wash affected areas and remove loose flakes. Then carefully dry the areas with a separate towel. With athlete's foot: also between the toes. Sprinkle the powder on the fungus and on the skin immediately around it. Gently rub out the powder. With athlete's foot: also between the toes and on the sole of the foot. Wash your hands carefully afterwards. Then put on clean clothes/stockings/socks. This way you do not infect yourself again and the skin heals faster. Wash the contaminated body parts every day. Keep the objects that come into contact with the fungal infection for your own use only (towel, washcloth, brush, nail clippers), to avoid infecting others. After treating the feet, put on clean socks or stockings. If necessary, sprinkle some Daktarin sprinkle powder in your stockings and shoes every day. The recommended dose is to treat the lesions 1 to 2 times a day, without missing a single day. When all trace of the condition has disappeared (usually after 2 to 6 weeks), continue treatment for another 10 days. This prevents the complaint from returning quickly. |
